Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz milk chocolate, melted
  • Β½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp liquid coffee concentrate
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • β…“ cup cocoa powder
  • Β½ tsp salt
  • β…“ cup white chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350Β°F. Grease an 8-inch by 8-inch baking pan with butter.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the 4 ounces of milk chocolate at 30 second intervals in the microwave. Stir after each interval until it's fully melted.
  • Whisk together the melted chocolate, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla, and liquid coffee concentrate.
  • Add the sugar, flour, cocoa powder and salt. Mix everything with a spoon just until there remains no visible dry ingredients.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips or chopped nuts.
    Spread the batter evenly into the greased baking pan.
  • Bake for about 30 to 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
    Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes before slicing and devouring. Enjoy!
